That the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING,
on WEDNESDAY 26th APRIL 2023, at 7.00 p.m.
at DIAMOND JUBILEE LODGE

WOOD VIEW ROAD, HELLESDON

The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows:-

1. Welcome by Chairman of Hellesdon Parish Council.

2. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held 3rd May 2022

3. Matters Arising from the Minutes

4. Annual Report of the Parish Council by the Chairman of Hellesdon Parish Council

5. Invitation to the Public to Raise any Matters for Discussion.

6. Consideration and Decisions on Subjects as Discussed

7. Close.

The Parish Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners on the Electoral Roll for Hellesdon to raise any matters of
concern that relate to the local community. It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised
but it is not essential. Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice.
