3. Minutes of meeting held on 3 March 2015

The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cilr Britton as
a true record.

5, General Matters

5.1 Planning applications:
20150384 — 18 Waldemar Avenue. Installation of Velux Windows.
20150379 — 6 Sadler Road. Replacement conservatory.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.
20150401 — Hawthorne Meadow Trust Chapel Court. Erection of 5 No. residential dwellings.
RESOLVED to strongly object fo the application as the proposals were felt to be an
overdevelopment of the site, create car parking problems with nearby residents and users of
Meadow Way Chapel. In addition, there would also be a conflict of access for chapel users
and residents of the proposed dwellings.
5.2 South Norfolk Council. Submission of Long Stratton Area Action Plan. Noted.

It was agreed the next meeting would be held in The Coun cil Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge on Tuesday 21 April 2015 commencing at 6.30pm.
Cllr Buck gave his apologies for this meeting.
