The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr Britton as
a true record.

5. General Matters

5.1 Planning applications:
20150538 — 39 Waldemar Avenue. Single Storey Rear Extension and Re-roofing
20150489 — 7 Meadow Way. Rear Extension & Loft Conversion to Create Rooms in Roof.
20150473 — 3 Samson Road. Single Storey Side/Rear Extension.
20150490 — ASDA Stores Drayton High Road. Remove existing cladding and re clad with
Eurobond cladding panels.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.
20150451 — 43 Eversley Road. Single and Part Two Storey Rear Extension
RESOLVED to support the above application in principle as it was felt the two storey element
of the proposals should be pitched.
