The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr Britton as
a true record.

5.1 Planning applications:
20150572 – 21 Kinsale Avenue. Single Storey Rear Extension.
20150521 – PC World Sweet Briar Retail Park. 3 No. Non Illuminated Pan Signs, 1 No. Non
Illuminated Poster Frame to Front, 1 No. Non Illuminated Window Vinyl, 2 No. Replacement
Flexible Skin to Existing Signage.
20150592 – 13 Mountfield Avenue. Rear Conservatory.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.
20150560 – 331A Drayton High Road. Change of Use of House & Garden from Dwelling
(C3) to House Providing Residential Care (C2)
RESOLVED to support the application in principle however it was felt that a condition should
be placed upon any permission granted that no change of use within the class C2 should be
permitted.
20150609 – Fairways, Hellesdon NR6 5PN. Change of Use of 3 No. Garages to 1 No.
Residential Unit.
RESOLVED to object to the proposals as the loss of parking in the location is undesirable
together with setting a precedent for the remaining garage units.
