Cllr Britton opened the meeting and welcomed those present and invited nominations
for the position of chairman.

1. Election of Chairman

Cllr Britton was nominated and advised he would be happy to hold this position.
RESOLVED Mr Greg Britton holds the position of Chairman.

2. Election of Vice Chairman

Cllr King was nominated and was happy to hold this position.
RESOLVED Mr David King holds the position of Vice Chairman.

3. Apologies and acceptance for absence

All members present.

4. Declarations of interest and Dispensations

None

5. Approval of Minutes of meeting held 5 May 2015

The minutes were circulated and then approved and signed by Cllr Britton as a true
record.

6. Election of representative to the Finance and Operations Working Group

Cllr King was nominated and was happy to hold this position
RESOLVED Mr David King is planning representative for the Finance & Operations
Working Group. This was accepted by Cllr King

7. Meeting dates for the ensuing year

RESOLVED to meet every 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month.

9. General Matters

9.1 Planning applications:
20150676 – 3 Hammond Road. Two Storey Side Extension with Single Storey to the
Rear.
20150704 – 226 Reepham Road. Single Storey Rear Conservatory.
20150724 – 21 Woodland Road. Proposed Single Storey Front Extension & Two
Storey Side Extension.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.
20150654 – Land to Rear of 3 Orchard Drive. Erection of Dwelling.
RESOLVED to object to the application as proposals are considered an
overdevelopment of the site location and includes an unacceptable loss of protected
trees.
20150640 – 47 Holt Road. Single Storey Rear Extension & Garage. Advice received
from Broadland District Council that the application has been withdrawn.

10. Exchange of Information

The Deputy Clerk advised that application number 20150401for 5 new dwellings at
Chapel Court has been withdrawn by the applicant.

11. Date, time and venue of next meeting

It was agreed the next meeting would be held in Diamond Jubilee Lodge, Wood
View Road on Tuesday 16 June 2015 commencing at 6.30pm.

The meeting closed at 6.42pm
