The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr
Britton as a true record.

5. General Matters

5.1 - Planning applications
20150987 – Land at Reepham Road Hellesdon NR6 5NA Variation of Condition 1 of
Planning Permission 20130864 – Temporary Use of land for the Display, Sale and
Storage of Motor Vehicles (to Extend Period of Use Until 31/12/17)
20151024 – 101 Cromer Road. 4 No. Illuminated Fascia Signs 2 No. Illuminated Other
Advertisements & 5 No. Non-Illuminated Other Advertisements (Revised Proposal)
20151040 – 1 Saracen Road. Single Storey Side Extension
RESOLVED to support the above applications.

6. Exchange of Information

Cllr Britton advised that the application for five new dwellings in Chapel Court that had
been withdrawn by the applicant, was to be shortly re-presented reducing the dwelling
number to three. In addition, two exhibitions were taking place locally concerning
proposed developments. A solar energy engine is proposed for land off Sweet Briar
Road and plans will be displayed at Hellesdon Barns Garden Centre on 22 July 2015.

 Permission Homes will display their outline development proposals for the Royal
Norwich Golf Course site on 29 July and 1 August at Hellesdon Community Centre.

7. Date, time and venue of next meeting

It was agreed the next meeting would be held in The Council Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge on Tuesday 4 August 2015 commencing at 6.15pm.

The meeting closed at 6.44pm
