Two members of the general public.

Cllr Britton opened the meeting and welcome those present and advised that there
was one additional application to consider 20151363. This application was linked to
20151360 and had been received from the same applicant.

1. Apologies and acceptance for absence

Apologies received and accepted from Cllr Wright.

2. Declarations of interest and Dispensations

None.

3. Minutes of meeting held on 1 September 2015

The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr
Britton as a true record.

4. Public Participation

Representations were made in respect of application 20151415.

5. General Matters

5.1 - Planning applications
20151395 – 35 Links Avenue. Single Storey Rear Extension.
RESOLVED to support in principle but concerns were expressed at the low quality of
plans submitted making deliberation difficult.
20151415 – Fairways, Hellesdon NR6 5PN. Change of Use of 3 Garages to
Residential Accommodation (Revised Proposal).
RESOLVED to object to the proposals as the loss of parking in the location is
undesirable together with setting a precedent for the remaining garage units.
20151360 – ASDA Stores Drayton High Rd. Erection of Sales Kiosk.
20151363 – ASDA Stores Drayton High Rd. 4 No. Non – illuminated Fascia Signs and
10 No. Non – illuminated Vinyl Signs.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.

and Installation of Solar Photovoltaic Panels & Associated Works Including Inverter
Housing & Security Cameras. Noted.

It was agreed the next meeting would be held in The Council Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge on Tuesday 6 October 2015 commencing at 6.15pm.
