Cllr Britton opened the meeting and welcomed those present.

3. Minutes of meeting held on 6 October 2015

The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr
Britton as a true record.

5. General Matters

5.1 – Planning applications
20151604 - The Firs Service Station, 162 Cromer Road, Hellesdon. Alterations to
Forecourt including Canopy Reduction, Shop Refurbishment and Floodlights.
15/01364/F – Hangar 5, Anson Road, Norwich. Alterations and recladding to external
walls and roof in connection with the change of use to an aviation academy.
20151638 – 23 Eversley Road, Hellesdon. Sub-division of plot and erection of
detached dwelling (revised proposal)
20151627 - 46 Cromer Road, Hellesdon. Single storey rear extension.
20151673 – 271 Drayton High Road. Two storey rear extension
RESOLVED to support the above applications.

6. Exchange of Information

The clerk advised she would be attending BDC Planning meeting scheduled for
21 October and would speak in support of the councils application for variation to the
gates at Arden Grove

7. Date, time and venue of next meeting

The next meeting would be held in The Council Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge on Tuesday 3 November 2015 commencing at 6.15pm.

The meeting closed at 6.47pm
