Cllr Britton opened the meeting and welcomed those present.

Cllr Wright – apologies received and accepted.

None declared.

3. Minutes of meeting held on 20 October 2015

The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr
Britton as a true record.

5. General Matters

5.1 – Planning applications
20151642 - The Firs Service Station, 162 Cromer Road, Hellesdon. 1 Illuminated
roadside twin leg gantry sign, 1 illuminated wall mounted sign, 1 illuminated facia sign,
4 non-illuminated canopy facia signs, 4 non-illuminated double sided display
panel pump island signs, 3 non-illuminated car wash fascia signs.
20151636 – 276 Reepham Road, Hellesdon. Re-use/ re-build outbuilding to provide
garage & hobbies room.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.

6. Exchange of Information

The clerk advised that notification had been received from Norwich City Council
granting permission for application 15/01077/F.
Cllr Buck advised the district is in receipt of an application for the golf course site.

The next meeting would be held in The Council Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge on Tuesday 17 November 2015 commencing at 6.30pm.
