The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr
Britton as a true record.

5.1 – Planning applications
21051753 – 5 Samson Road, Hellesdon - Single storey front and rear extensions.
20151754 – Seat Duff Morgan, Jupiter Road, Hellesdon - Illuminated and non-
illuminated signs.
20151783 – 143 Meadow Way, Hellesdon - Single storey rear extension (part
retrospective).
20151833 – 183 Reepham Road Hellesdon - Two storey rear extension..
20151818 – 11 Sutherland Avenue, Hellesdon - Demolition of existing garage and
erection of two storey extension.
Y/5/2015/5027 – Heather Avenue Infant School - Erection of detached classroom with
covered deck area and external lighting with a variation to condition 2 attached to
planning permission ref Y/5/2015/5007 to substitute approved curved roof for a flat
roof and increase floor area.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.

No. Detached Dwelling - amended plan. Invitation to make further comments to
objections raised 1.9.15.
RESOLVED to maintain objections to original application
