Cllr Britton opened the meeting, welcomed those present and in line with standing
orders requested a minute taker is appointed due to the absence of the clerk. Cllr Buck
to take record of the meeting.

1. Absence and Apologies for absence

Cllr D King – apologies received and accepted.
Cllr J Wright – no apologies received

2. Declarations of Interests and Dispensations

None declared.

3. Minutes of meeting held on 1 December 2015

The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr
Britton as a true record.

5. General Matters

5.1 – Planning applications
20151638 – 23 Eversley Road, Hellesdon. Sub-division of plot and erection of
detached dwelling (revised proposal).
20151894 – 251 Reepham Road, Hellesdon. Rear extension to existing dwelling and
extension to roof of detached garage.
20151901 – 170 Middletons Lane, Hellesdon. Two storey side extension. Single
storey rear extension. Front porch.
20151930 – 91 Low Road Hellesdon. Single storey rear extension.
20151922 – 20 Kinsale Avenue, Hellesdon. Single storey rear extension.
RESOLVED to support the above applications.
5.2 – Consultation BDC pre-adoption draft Recreational Provision in Residential
Development Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). Unable to access documents
therefore no view expressed.

 5.3 – Consultation - Norfolk Minerals Site Specific Allocations DPD: Single issue
review of Silica Sand – Preferred Options. Noted.
5.4 - 2016/2017 draft budget.
RESOLVED the attached budget figures are presented to the P&R Committee for the
budget setting meeting scheduled for 21 December 2015.

6. Exchange of Information

It was noted application 20151127 would be considered by BDC planning committee
16 December.

7. Date, time and venue of next meeting

The next meeting would be held in The Council Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge on Tuesday 5 January 2016 commencing at 6.15pm.

The meeting closed at 6.55pm
