Change of Use from Vehicle Showroom to Church Auditorium for a Temporary Period of 3
Years.
20160054 – 12 Bracken Avenue, Hellesdon. Mr and Mrs Stowers.
Single Storey Rear extension.
20160058 – 150A Middletons Lane, Hellesdon. Mr Ian Bishop.
Conversion of Car Port to Domestic Gymnasium.
20160071 – 11 Sutherland Avenue, Hellesdon. Mr Gary Staff
Erection of Two Storey Rear Extension and Single Storey Side Extension (Revised Proposal).
RESOLVED to support the above applications.
20160022 – Former Volvo Premises, Cromer Road, Hellesdon. The Lind Trust.
2 No. LED Digital Display Boards.
RESOLVED to object due to proposals being out of character to the locality, a hazard to road
users and detrimental to amenities of local residents.

Extenstion to Rear & Side.
RESOLVED to support the above application subject to the privacy of neighbouring properties
being protected.
