Cllr Britton opened the meeting & welcomed those present.

1. Absence and Apologies for absence

Cllr Buck – apologies received and accepted.
Cllr J Wright - no apologies received.

2. Declarations of Interests and Dispensations

None declared.

3. Minutes of meeting held on 2 February 2016

The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr Britton as a
true record.

4. Public Participation

All persons were in attendance for planning application 20150077 and raised concerns in
respect of issues regarding traffic flow, reorientation of specific plots privacy issues and tree
replacement.

5. General Matters

5.1 – Planning applications
20150077 – CTD, Tile House, Eversley Road, Hellesdon, NR6 6TA. Lovell Partnerships Ltd.
Application for Approval of Reserved Matters following Outline Planning Permission 20141134
– Demolition of Existing Structures & Erection of up to 72 Dwellings, Open Space &
Associated Infrastructure.
RESOLVED no objection in principle subject to:
 Plots 21-24 being reoriented to remove overlooking to existing properties.
 Tree replacement to cover any removal with nursery stock and not saplings.
 Making an investigation into alternative means of traffic flow to remove all traffic via
Mayfield Avenue.

Variation of Condition 2 of Planning Permission 201501333 – Sub Division of Plot and

RESOLVED to maintain original objection.
