The minutes having previously been circulated, were approved and signed by Cllr Britton as
a true record.

Application for approval of reserved matters following outline planning
permission 20141134 – Demolition of existing structures & erection of up to 72 dwellings,
open space & associated infrastructure.
RESOLVED – to support the above application but to register concern about high levels of
traffic.
20160419 – 38 Drayton Wood Road, Hellesdon NR6 5BY – Mr Ian Connor

20160404 – 35 Waldemar Avenue, Hellesdon, NR6 6TB – Mr Fatai Ogunyoku

RESOLVED – to support the above applications

Part infilling of existing archway in south-east facing flank elevation and installing of window
to serve new kitchen; raising of roof over existing single storey rear extension; and new

there was insufficient information to make a decision

RESOLVED – to support the above application.
