Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on Tuesday 6th September 2016
at 6.15pm in Diamond Jubilee Lodge, Wood View Road, Hellesdon

Cllr Britton welcome all those present.

1.0 Apologies for Absence

None received.

2.0 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

None declared

3.0 Minutes of the last meeting

Cllr Britton signed the minutes of the last meeting it having been agreed that they were a true
record.

4.0 Public Participation.

No public were in attendance.

5.0 General Matters

In respect of the following applications

20161373- 17 Hawthorne Avenue, Hellesdon NR6 6LE- Conservatory to rear. Council support this
application.

20161297- The Poplars 14a Pinewood Close, Hellesdon, NR6 5LX, 1. Single and two storey front
and side extensions. 2. Single storey rear extension. 3. Alteration to dormer windows (revised
proposal). Council considered the application and although they have no objection in principle it
was thought that there could be a loss to neighbours light due to garage extension.

16/01219/F- Gambling Close, 50 space temporary carpark on land to the west of Gambling Close,
Norwich International Airport. Council strongly support this application.

20161471- 1 Wensum Crescent, Hellesdon NR6 5DL. Replacement bungalow. Council are in
support of this application.
6.0 Exchange of Information

Cllr Buck asked that if anything of any architectural interest become apparent that he be informed.
This was in respect of his work with the Paston Heritage Project.
