Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on Tuesday 20th September 2016
at 6.30pm in Diamond Jubilee Lodge, Wood View Road, Hellesdon

1.0 Apologies for Absence

Cllr. Greg Britton – apologies received.

Cllr. Jones-Blackett – apologies received.

Cllr. Wright – no apologies received.

2.0 Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

None declared

3.0 Minutes of the last meeting

Cllr. King signed the minutes of the last meeting it having been agreed that they were a true
record.

4.0 Public Participation.

No public were in attendance.

5.0 General Matters

In respect of the following applications

20161424- 71 Low Road Hellesdon- Mr Trevor Parnell- To change double and single
garage into Two Bedroom Annex. RESOLVED: To object on the grounds of
overdevelopment of flat bungalow on main site.

20161499- 2 Hammond Road, Hellesdon- Mr David Basted- Ground and First Floor
Extensions. RESOLVED: To support.

6.0 Exchange of Information
Cllr. King informed the committee of the email received from Bob Fell from Broadland
District Council with regards Mr Fell’s supporting the use of S106 monies for new
agricultural building.

7.0 Date and Time of Next Meeting

Next meeting to be held at the Diamond Jubilee Office on 20th September 2016 at 6.30pm.
