addition of Cllr King to those present.

17/00394/F – Erection of 9 retail units (Class A1) with associated works, the
provision of parking spaces and landscaping – Sweet Briar Retail park, Sweet
Briar Road, Norwich.
The Council had requested the opportunity to comment on this application.

RESOLVED TO SUPPORT with request to City Council to expand use classes to
A2, A3 and B1 to offer brands different from similar sites in the locality. Road
improvements were welcomed on safety grounds

20170632 – Flat Roof Ground Floor Rear Extension – 50 Drayton Wood Road,

RESOLVED TO SUPPORT

5.2 Appeal against the refusal to grant planning for 247 Reepham Road,
Hellesdon, NR6 5QH for a loft extension and remodelling front of the property to
include a new gable end fronting onto Reepham Road.
RESOLVED TO UPHOLD THE ORIGINAL DECISION OF THIS COMMITTEE

5.3 Screening option for application number 20170604 regarding Manor Park,
Holt Road, Horsford, NR10 3AQ for the Norwich City Community Sports
Foundation.
