The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.15p.m.

Cllr Buck was running late

None recorded.

3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 1st Aug 2017

Minutes as previously circulated, were confirmed and signed.

No members of the public present.

5. General Matters
The meeting considered the following applications:

20171212 – Extend roof to side and rear to provide rooms in roof space – 3
Hercules Close, Hellesdon, NR6 5HL. Resolved to support but side window
needs to be obscure glazed so as not to overlook the neighboring
property.

NR6 6XW - Discussed and RESOLVED to SUPPORT.

20170623 (Appeal Ref: APP/K/2610/W//17/3178407)– Erection of front
boundary fence (retrospective) and shed in front garden – 190 Middletons Lane,
Hellesdon, NR6 6SF – Resolved to uphold previous objection on the
grounds of over development.
