The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.15p.m.

Minutes as previously circulated, were confirmed and signed.

Cllr Gurney advised that the change of use for the semi-detached bungalow on
Woodland Road had been refused under delegated powers on grounds of
environmental policy, street scene and amenity to residents.
