Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on
Tuesday 7 November 2017 at 6.15pm in
The Council Chamber, Diamond Jubilee Lodge, Hellesdon
PRESENT: Cllr G Britton (Chairman)

The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.15p.m.
1. Apologies and acceptance for absence
Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr D Attenborough
2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
None recorded.
3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 17 October 2017
Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.
4. Public Participation
No members of the public present.
5. General Matters
The meeting considered the following applications:
20171699 – 91 Hercules Road, Hellesdon NR6 5HJ – Extension to and
Conversion of Garage to Annex
Concerns were expressed that it was the creation of a dwelling separate from
the main property, and following discussion, it was
RESOLVED TO OBJECT ON GROUNDS OF THE CREATION OF A
SEPARATE DWELLING WITHIN THE CURTILAGE OF AN EXISTING
DWELLING.
