The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.30p.m.

No apologies received from Cllr Attenborough

None recorded.

3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 5th December
2017

Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.

No members of the public present.

5. General Matters

The meeting considered the following applications:

20172079 – Variation of condition 2 following granting of planning permission –
Kingfisher House, Hellesdon Hospital, Drayton High Rd, Hellesdon NR6 5BU.
Norfolk and Suffolk Foundation Trust.
