The Chairman welcomed Councillors and opened the meeting at 6.15p.m.

Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr Sear and Cllr Attenborough

3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 15 May 2018
Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.
