The Chairman welcomed councillors and opened the meeting at 6.30p.m.

Apologies were accepted from Cllr. King.

2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
None recorded.

3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 3 July 2018
Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.
