The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.15p.m.
1. Apologies and acceptance for absence
None, all Committee Members were present. Cllr King arriving late at 6.20pm.
2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
None recorded.
3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 20 November 2018
Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.
4. Public Participation
No members of the public present.
5. General Matters
The meeting considered the following applications:
18/01621/VC - To OBJECT due to insufficient information being received to base a
decision on.
20181762 – To OBJECT due to insufficient information being received to base a
decision on.
20181897 – The Committee feels it is unable to object due to part of the wall already
being in existence. SUPPORT.
