Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on

The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.30p.m.

1. Apologies and acceptance for absence
None, all Committee Members were present.

2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations
None recorded.

3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 4 December 2018
Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.

The meeting considered the following applications:

(Anglia) – THE COUNCIL HAS NO OBJECTION IN PRINCIPLE BUT WOULD LIKE TO
REQUEST A MEETING WITH THE PLANNING OFFICERS AT BROADLAND DISTRICT
COUNCIL REGARDING THE USE AND POSSIBLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AMENITY
LAND ON THE SITE AS A WILD LIFE AREA.

6. Exchange of Information

Cllr Buck informed the members present of a recent meeting with the Broadland
Tree Warden regarding the implementation of the Neighbourhood Plan and
ideas concerning the use of amenity land.

Cllr Britton also updated the members present on further information being
received regarding a planning application regarding Norwich Airport and that
this would be available for anybody to view and placed on the agenda for the 8 th
January 2019 for further consideration.

This was confirmed as Tuesday 8 January 2019 at 6.15pm.
