Minutes of the meeting of the Planning Committee held on
Tuesday 25th July at 6:15pm in
Hellesdon Community Centre, Wood View Road, Hellesdon

The Chair welcomed all to the meeting.

1. Apologies and acceptance for absence
Apologies received from Cllr Maidstone.

No declarations made.

3. To receive approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 27th June 2023 from those members
present at the held meeting.
Minutes were previously circulated and AGREED by those present.

7. Exchange of Information
Cllr I. Duckett advised that he had attended a workshop for updating Neighbourhood Plans and
asked if the committee were involved in the formulation of the Hellesdon Neighbourhood Plan. The
Planning committee are not involved however, Cllr I. Duckett can volunteer to be part of the working
group when the time comes to commence working on a new plan.

Next meeting will be held on Tuesday 8th August 2023 at 6.15pm.
