MEETING OF THE FULL COUNCIL
Notice of meeting to be held on Tuesday 14 July 2026 at 7pm in the Council
Chamber, Diamond Jubilee Lodge Wood View Road, Hellesdon.
Councillors are summoned to attend for the purpose of transacting the following
council business.

The Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulations 2014
Under the above regulations, any person may take photographs, film and audio-record the proceedings and report on all
public meetings. If you do not wish to be filmed / recorded, please notify an officer prior to the start of the meeting.

Welcome by the Chair

1. Apologies and acceptance for absence

To receive and accept valid apologies for absence as previously notified to the Clerk.

2. Declarations of Interest and Dispensations

To receive Members' Declarations of Interest in Agenda Items and to note the granting of any
requests for dispensations.
3. Minutes from Full Council meeting held 9 June 2026 and Extra Ordinary meeting
held 23 June 2026
To agree the minutes of the meetings held on 9 June 2026 and 23 June 2026 as a true and
accurate record.
4. Public Participation
a) To receive questions from the public.
(Public participation shall be in accordance with Standing Orders and shall not exceed 15 minutes unless
such time is extended by the Chairman).

5. Other Council’s Reports
a) To receive a report from the County Councillor and to note.
b) To receive reports from the District Councillors and to note.

No meeting held. Next meeting 11 August 2026

c) Events Committee
To receive and note approved minutes of meeting held on 10 June 2026 and draft minutes of
meeting held 7 July 2026.

d) Planning Committee.
Meeting held 14 July 2026.

e) Playing Fields, Allotments & Amenities
No Meeting held since last Full Council meeting.
i.) To consider the appointment of Chair to the committee following the resignation of Cllr Hicks.

f) Property, Policy & Resources.
To receive draft minutes of the meeting dated 29 June 2026 and to consider the following
recommendations:

i. To approve the changes to the terms of reference.

ii. To close the Barclays deposit accounts and to transfer the balance of monies in to Unity
Trusts’ 12 month fixed term deposit at a rate of 4.06%pa
(£437,741 into Unity Trust 12 month fixed term deposit at 4.06%)

iii. To transfer £300,000 from Unity Trust’s instant access deposit current rate (1.95%) into
CCLA Public Sector Deposit Fund 3.7507% (net of fees) . To nominate the Council’s
current account number 20548209 (608301) as the transactional account.
(£300,000 into CCLA PSDF at 3.7507%)

9. To consider request from Broadland District Council’s recycling team to locate a clothing rail for
the Summer School Uniform Swap, running from 20 July 2026 to 3 September 2026.
10. To confirm time, date and location of the next Full Parish Council meeting as 11 August 2026 at
7pm in Council Chamber, Diamond Jubilee Lodge, Woodview Road Hellesdon Norwich NR6 5QB
