The Chair welcomed all to the meeting.

1. Apologies and acceptance for absence
Apologies were received from Cllr Johnson. These were ACCEPTED.

3. To receive approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 12th July 2022 from those members
present at the held meeting.
Minutes were previously circulated and AGREED by those present.

20221060 Strongly object to the creation of a new residential
63 Links Avenue, NR6 5PG development which is a backland development with

and separate single storey garden annexe. would result in increased parking on the highway in
an already a high risk area for school drop offs.
The Parish Council is also concerned there is already
an overdevelopment of this site. The application
form is incomplete, section 17 has not been
completed, there is also no information on the 1st
floor living space to allow an informed decision.
