That the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING,
on WEDNESDAY 27 May 2026, at 6.00 p.m.
at DIAMOND JUBILEE LODGE,

WOOD VIEW ROAD, HELLESDON

AGENDA

WELCOME

1. To elect a Chair for the meeting

2. Minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting held 20 May 2025

3. Report from Norfolk Constabulary and Opportunity for Q&A

4. Local Government Reform. What does it mean for Hellesdon Residents? Trevor
Holden CEO Broadland District Council will be present to give a short talk and answer
any questions.

5. Invitation to the Public to Raise any Matters for Consideration.

6. Close.

The Parish Meeting is an opportunity for parishioners on the Electoral Roll for Hellesdon to raise any matters of
concern that relate to the local community. It would be helpful to have written notice of any matters to be raised
but it is not essential. Matters can be raised at the meeting without prior notice.

Please note this is not a Parish Council meeting.
