1. Apologies and acceptance for absence
The meeting was opened by the Chairman. No apologies had been received. As there were only two
members present the Chair declared the meeting was inquorate and the meeting was closed.
2. Date, time and place of the next meeting.
The next scheduled meeting was due on 13 January 2026 at 6.15pm.
Meeting closed at 6.16pm
