The Chairman welcomed Members and opened the meeting at 6.30p.m.

Apologies were received and accepted from Cllr. Attenborough.

None recorded.

3. Approval of minutes of the committee meeting held on 8 January 2019
Minutes as previously circulated, were proposed, confirmed and signed.

Cllr. Buck updated the members present on some historical events coming up in
the Parish and also a potential community event to be held by Kinsale School in
the summer of this year.
