The Chairman welcomed Members, and opened the meeting at 6.30p.m

6. Exchange of Information
Cllr Fulcher was concerned about social media posts of Council responses to planning
applications before the minutes had been adopted. The Locum Clerk explained that draft
minutes were posted on the parish council’s website and were therefore freely accessible.
Cllr Grady – referred to Highways comments on the Northgate House application.
Although there was no objection to the proposals, in the interests of highway safety, it was
requested that the District Council restricted permission to the three dwellings only.
Cllr Prutton – delay in publication of Greater Norwich Local Plan

This was confirmed as Tuesday 3 September 2019 at 6.15pm in the Council Chamber,
Diamond Jubilee Lodge.
