6. Exchange of Information
Cllr Prutton advised that application 20191444 – 4- 6 Boundary Avenue, Hellesdon, had been
withdrawn
Cllr Prutton gave a verbal update having attended the Planning Committee meeting on 30th
October to represent the Council objecting to both application 20191280 and 20191290. The
proposals had been approved by a narrow majority.
Marlon proposed for the clerk to write to the head of planning as it was noted that Broadland
Planning have Twice recently approved planning applications and disregarded Hellesdon
Neighborhood Plan. This was AGRRED by all.
