PARISH COUNCIL MEETING

Notice of meeting to be held on Tuesday 8th December 2020 at 7pm
Meeting is being held under The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local
Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020
for the purpose of transacting the following business.

The meeting is being held virtually online via Zoom, members of the public are welcome to join information can
be found at the end of the Agenda

7. Polling Cards for Elections in Hellesdon
The following Motion proposed to the council for consideration*
‘For future parish elections, Polling Cards will be distributed to all Hellesdon residents when such an
election is called at a different date and time as any election for the District or County’,

To receive a verbal update on the community Christmas projects

To note recent planning decisions made by the planning committee on 10th, 24th November 2020 *

a) To consider Community Centre matters, to note the minutes of the community Centre meeting on 16th
November 2020*
b) To confirm the date of the next meeting, 14th December at 6:30pm by Zoom

11. Property, Policy and Resources
a) To consider Property, Policy & Resources Matters, to note the minutes of the community Centre meeting
on 17th November 2020
b) To confirm the date of the next meeting 15th December at 6:30pm by Zoom

12. Playing Fields, Allotments and Amenities
a) To consider Playing fields, allotments and amenities matters, to note the minutes of the community
Centre meeting on 12th November 2020
b) To confirm the date of the next meeting 5th January at 6:30pm by Zoom

13. To consider a resolution under the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to exclude the press
and public for the duration of the following items in view of the confidential and personal nature of
the business to be transacted. If resolved, such items to be dealt after the item that confirms details of
the next meeting.

14. Staffing Update
To consider Staffing matters, to note minutes of meeting held on 24th November by Zoom
