Road closure on Low Road, Hellesdon for carriageway resurfacing
Work will begin on Monday 21 January to carry out carriageway resurfacing works on Low Road, Hellesdon at the junction with Hospital Lane. The work will take one day to complete subject to suitable weather conditions.
During the resurfacing works it will be necessary to close the junction to all through traffic on Low Road and Hospital Lane. A fully signed local diversion route will be in operation between 7.30am and 5.00pm.
Vehicle access to businesses and properties within the limits of the closure will be maintained from one end at all times. Pedestrian access will be maintained while work is underway.
The County Council would like to thank people for their patience while these works to replace the existing damaged road surface are carried out.
The work which will cost £25,000 will be carried out by Norfolk County Council’s Community & Environmental Services Department and their contractors.
