Applications are invited to become our Community Janitor, based at our offices at Woodview Road, Hellesdon.
Hours: Part Time (20 hours per week)
Pay:SCP 5 (£10.19 per hour)
Location:Hellesdon Parish Council (but would be expected to travel to other facilities within the parish)
We are ideally looking for someone who takes pride in their community, preferably with janitorial or cleaning experience, but would be willing to provide training for the right applicant.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Litter Picking around Hellesdon
Emptying Litter Bins
Cleaning of the Public Toilets
Putting up Notices on Parish Notice Boards
Cleaning Notice Boards
Cleaning Bus Shelters
Checking Parish Assets
Light Gardening and Caretaking Duties
Moving SAM2 Traffic Monitoring Signs
Reporting Parish Issues to the Parish Clerk
