You are invited to nominate individuals or community groups and organisations for the Hellesdon Community Awards 2016.
Please nominate individuals or groups in one category only. The categories are:
- Improving the Environment
- Bringing Communities Together
- Working with Adults and Older People
- Community Safety
- Community Friendly Trader
- Working with Children and Young People
- Community Learning
- The Hellesdon Star Award:
To recognise an outstanding contribution to the town someone you think has given ongoing commitment/contribution for many years
For a nomination form please contact the Council Offices. The nomination form should be returned to the Council Offices no later than Friday 15th April 2016.
Awards will be presented in late June at Hellesdon Community Centre.
